Product Introduction
This fan frequency conversion cabinet control system is designed and produced by Kunshan Huaputuo Electric. This project is used for dust removal control in auto parts companies. The frequency conversion cabinet controls the start and stop of the fan of the system and the setting and collection of parameters. A 220KW frequency converter and Siemens PLC module are installed in the frequency conversion cabinet, and a Kunlun touch screen is installed on the cabinet door.
02 As shown in the figure, after being programmed by Huaputuo engineers, the touch screen outputs the screen . Entering the screen has a sense of technology and is more professional. After entering the menu, there is a main screen process diagram of the entire dust removal control system. The overall process of the dust removal system is controlled. The screen displays the temperature of each pipeline.
The parameter setting screen has the frequency value of each furnace, the upper and lower temperature limits, and the fault record query screen. The parameters of each fault are recorded for troubleshooting. The touch screen and PLC are programmed separately, and the touch screen achieves the control purpose through the internal contacts of the PLC .
