Product Introduction
The control cabinet is made of products from Rittal, which ensures strong strength and sufficient thickness. It adopts computerized color-matching electrostatic spraying technology, providing excellent adhesion, strong corrosion resistance and a high-gloss finish that is not prone to peeling.
Rittal cabinets are divided into three different structural series. The ES cabinets have 50% off profiles, the PS cabinets have 90% off profiles, and the TS cabinets are designed with 160% off profiles. Their most prominent feature lies in the profile frame structure. First, the cabinet frame is welded, and then components such as the top plate, bottom plate, side plates, door plate and mounting plate are firmly fixed to the frame with screws. This modular design not only improves usability but also simplifies the assembly and maintenance work.
In terms of appearance, Rittal cabinets reflect an unremitting pursuit of perfection, integrating both functionality and visual attractiveness. The sheet metal structure is meticulously designed, and the design of accessories follows scientific and standardized principles, creating a harmonious and fashionable look.
User-friendliness is another key advantage. The internal layout, including longitudinal beams, columns, cross beams and molded holes, is carefully planned to streamline the installation process, allowing users to complete the setup quickly and easily.
Regarding structural stability, the frame design ensures outstanding stability. Each cabinet can bear a maximum load of 2000KG, making it very suitable for installing heavy-duty equipment. The materials available are carbon steel and stainless steel. The standard thicknesses of the materials are as follows: the door panel is 2.0mm thick, the mounting plate is 2.5mm thick, and the cabinet body is 1.5mm thick.
As for the surface treatment, carbon steel cabinets first undergo a phosphating primer treatment and then are coated with spray paint in the color of RAL7035, which provides enhanced protection. Stainless steel cabinets, on the other hand, are treated by brushing, giving them a smooth and durable surface.
