Product Introduction
This project has 1 PLC main control cabinet, namely this cabinet, and 2 explosion-proof remote power distribution cabinets. The size of the PLC main control cabinet is H2000*W800D500mm. The front single door. The cabinet door is equipped with secondary components such as indicator lights, buttons, conversion knobs, emergency stop buttons, etc. The PLC part in the cabinet adopts Siemens 1200 series editable program modules and ABB ACS530 series inverters.
This cabinet is a PLC + inverter configuration. The PLC cabinet has multiple protections such as short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, overload, emergency power off, etc. It is safe and reliable. It is widely used in constant pressure water supply, air compressors, fan pumps, central air conditioners, port machinery, machine tools, boilers, papermaking machinery, food machinery, etc. The inverter has speed control and frequency conversion output, which saves energy and is green and environmentally friendly.
As shown in the left figure, the power and control are separated in the PLC main control cabinet, and strong and weak electricity complement each other to enhance the stability of the cabinet operation. In addition to processing Siemens 1200PLC and ABB inverter, components include Schneider circuit breakers, contactors, Mean Well 24V DC power supply, signal isolators, intermediate relays, terminal blocks and other components.
PLC control cabinet power supply: DC 24V, single-phase AC 220v, (-10%, +15%), 50HZ Protection level: IP41 or IP20
Environmental conditions: Ambient temperature is 0℃-55℃, avoid direct sunlight; relative humidity of air should be less than 85% (no condensation). Keep away from strong vibration sources, avoid frequent or continuous vibration with a vibration frequency of 10-55HZ. Avoid corrosive and flammable gases.
