Kunshan Huapujie Electric is a manufacturer of automation electrical control cabinets. This time, we are upgrading and renovating the dust removal electrical cabinet for Suzhou Basel Company. Two electrical cabinets were renovated in total. The original electrical cabinet was a dust removal frequency converter control cabinet, but now users who want to have a more detailed understanding of the operation status of the dust removal equipment need to install PLC modules and output touch screen displays on the original basis. In order to observe, record, and compare various parameter indicators of equipment operation. Continuously improving the process.
The left picture shows the dust removal electrical control cabinet renovated by Huapujie Electric in this project. Due to the age of the control cabinet, some of the internal circuit markings have fallen off, which poses certain difficulties for the renovation. Huapu Tuo engineers Liu and Lei spent some time first sorting out the lines one by one, and then finding suitable locations to install PLC modules. And install a touch screen on the door panel by opening holes and connecting them through wiring. After the hardware part is completed, Liu will import the pre edited program code for software screen programming of PLC and touch screen. And the trial run is OK.
